Refund & Returns Policy | Imoticards

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm its arrival and let you know if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, with credit applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first double-check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company and your bank—processing times may delay posting.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at Shop@imoticards.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email Shop@imoticards.com and send your item to: 268 Fawn Cir, Walden, NY 12586. Please note that return shipping is not reimbursed.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll send you a gift certificate.

If the gift was sent to the purchaser first and then given to you, we’ll issue the refund to the original buyer, and they’ll be notified of the return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: 268 Fawn Cir, Walden, NY 12586.

You’ll be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Transit time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
